NDepend provided 6 build machine licenses to Apache Ignite: https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/pmc/ignite/licenses/NDepend.txt

1) Install NDepend on Windows agents (https://www.ndepend.com/docs/teamcity-integration-ndepend)
2) Set up NDepend project, adjust rules
