[IGNITE-6170] JDBC: consistent product name across all drivers

Description

We have 3 JDBC drivers. Some of them report DatabaseMetaData#getDatabaseProductName as Ignite, others as Ignite Cache. Neither are correct.

It should be Apache Ignite.
