Major Description
PlatformProcessor has a number of methods that are called over JNI (createCache and so on). All other JNI calls (for PlatformCache, etc) go through PlatformTarget mechanism.
To avoid code duplication in JNI and ThinClient code all platform calls should use the same mechanism.
