Description

PeerAssemblyLoadingTest.TestMultipleAssembliesIndirectDependencyMultiLevel fails on TC. Does not reproduce locally.

The problem is that we try to serialize WaitHandle for some reason, and this does not happen locally.

Try to add debug output to see the entire object graph.
