Remove strict dependency on concrete cache from SQL execute methods

    Description

      All query execute methods in GridQueryProcessor and IgniteH2Indexing should accept cache name or cache context as optional parameters, and should be able to work without them at all. With all recent refactorings in place it should be fairly easy to do so.
