CreatedExpiryPolicy doesn't work if entry is loaded from store

    Description

      According to JCache spec, ExpiryPolicy.getExpiryForCreation() must be triggered on get() operation if the entry is loaded from the store. Currently this is not happening.

      Test reproducing the issue is attached.
