Description

• Define custom ConfigurationSection for IgniteConfiguration (see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/2tw134k3.aspx)
• Extend Ignition class to be able to start Ignite from app.config / web.config configuration
• Make sure to include xml schema
