Description

• TupleSerializerHandler (record view) returns tuples as BinaryTupleIgniteTupleAdapter, avoiding full deserialization (IGNITE-19542)
• TuplePairSerializerHandler (KV view) returns deserialized tuples, causing unnecessary allocations. We should use BinaryTupleIgniteTupleAdapter there too.
