Description

Add a node system view LOCKS with a list of currently active locks.

OWNING_NODE_ID VARCHAR
TX_ID          VARCHAR (see org.apache.ignite.internal.tx.Lock.txId)
OBJECT_ID      VARCHAR (see org.apache.ignite.internal.tx.LockKey objectId)
MODE           VARCHAR (see org.apache.ignite.internal.tx.LockMode)
