Description
In IGNITE-22351 the Doxyfile for C++ project was added and it is now possible to build C++ Client documentation using doxygen. The instruction can be found in modules/platforms/cpp/DEVNOTES.md, at the bottom.
Let's add a gradle task to generate documentation. Also, when the task is ready, let's add a TC suite that use it to generate docs during release procedure. If needed, create a separate ticket for that.
