[IGNITE-22518] Rename CompletableFutures#allOf to CompletableFutures#allOfToList

Description

As a result of reflection and internal discussions, the name of org.apache.ignite.internal.util.CompletableFutures#allOf is not entirely appropriate, because the result will not be CompletableFuture<Void> but CompletableFuture<List<T>>, which can be confusing. It is proposed to rename it to allOfToList And also add a new “sugar” method CompletableFuture<Void> allOf(List<CompletableFuture<?>> futures).
