Description

There are ~200 .NET test failures on macOS, mostly caused by FakeServer:

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException : Socket is not connected
   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.UpdateStatusAfterSocketErrorAndThrowException(SocketError error, String callerName)
   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Shutdown(SocketShutdown how)
   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Disconnect(Boolean reuseSocket)
   at Apache.Ignite.Tests.IgniteServerBase.Dispose(Boolean disposing) in /Users/ptupitsyn/w/ignite-3/modules/platforms/dotnet/Apache.Ignite.Tests/IgniteServerBase.cs:line 128
   at Apache.Ignite.Tests.IgniteServerBase.Dispose() 

Other failures are caused by SSL protocol names.
