STEPS FOR REPRODUCE
---------------------------------------------

1. Open and build %IGNITE_HOME%\platforms\cpp\project\vs\ignite_x86.sln
2. Open and build %IGNITE_HOME%\platforms\cpp\examples\project\vs\ignite-examples.sln (select proper platform - x86)
3. Run the solution

ACTUAL RESULT
---------------------------------------------
Follow error appears: "The procedure entry point InterlockedCompareExchange64 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll". Look at the attached picture

1. Also reproducible for .Net examples
2. Wasn't reproducible for the same configuration about 4 month ago (near of the Apache Ignite 1.3.3-rc1)
