Description

The `ignite-runner-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar` requires a lot of custom setup to run the server. It would be useful to have the setup scripts inside jar to be able to unpack them and use.

The files required to be added to `ignite-runner-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar`:

1. bootstrap-functions.sh
2. ignite.java.util.logging.properties
3. ignite3db
4. ignite-config.conf
5. setup-java.sh
6. vars.env
