Description

Implement REST API for IGNITE-21284

 

URL: "reset-partitions"

Body: nullable Collection<Integer> partitionIds, not null zoneName, not null tableName (will remove later)

 

Collocation is not finished yet, so we have to specify table for the update. In target state user will specify only zone and partition ids
