Use CatalogService in JdbcMetadataCatalog

    Description

      Currently, JdbcMetadataCatalog uses TableManager to get tables' metadata. It is enough to use CatalogService; it is also more suitable as it allows to get a consistent snapshot thanks to timestamps support.
