[IGNITE-20339] Get rid of IndexEvent and TableEvent

Description

It was found that no one uses org.apache.ignite.internal.index.event.IndexEvent, org.apache.ignite.internal.table.event.TableEvent and org.apache.ignite.internal.schema.event.SchemaEvent except for tests, I propose to get rid of this and related code.
