[IGNITE-19368] Fix ignite-cdc-ext assembly

Description

Currently, kafka-clients and slf4j-api libraries are missing in the assembled zip file. It have been happened after IGNITE-19237. Assembly can be fixed in the same way as it was done in performance statistics module [1].
