    Description

      The scenario is like this:

      1. A cluster exists
      2. A RAFT leader installs a snapshot on a follower
      3. While this happens, another node is started

      The most interesting part is to make sure that the new node addition triggers a rebalance and check how it interacts with an ongoing RAFT snapshot installation.
