As the process changed, we need to change the text on  https://ignite.apache.org/our-community.html#contributing

 

In the "4 Steps to Start Contributing..." change Step 02 for: If you don’t have an ASF JIRA account, request it [here|https://selfserve.apache.org/jira-account.html.]

In the email sample please delete "I don’t have an ASF JIRA account. My preferred username is [username, no hyphens allowed ]."
