[IGNITE-1729] Metada 'Common' and 'for SQL...' sections are should be expanded for selected item

Description

When user opens metada page the 'Common' and 'for SQL' sections are expanded. But after incorrect filter these sections are in collapsed state.
1) Set invalid Filter for metadata
2) Erase filter text
