    Description

      Scenario:

      1. Stop a node
      2. Load data while the node is still offline
      3. Start the node 
      4. While the node is online and rebalancing delete objects 
      5. Wait for the node to complete rebalancing and verified the partitions via partition_reconciliation

      Reproduced is attached.
