Description

IGNITE-16757 should be able to store/remove StoredCacheData (CacheConfiguration) separate from the rest persistence logic to support in-memory CDC use-case.

Therefore logic to work with StoredCacheData should be moved from FilePageStoreManager to GridLocalConfigManager.
