Description

We need to add support for exposing the data storage (org.apache.ignite.configuration.schemas.table.TableConfigurationSchema#dataStorage) to the public API (org.apache.ignite.schema.definition.TableDefinition).

After that, we need to fix the tests using the public api and deleting the code marked TODO: IGNITE-16835.
