[IGNITE-16753] ControlUtility and Zookeeper tests don't run due to updated curator-test dep

Description

Commit [1]updated curator-test dependency and now it fetches junit5 dependency. But Ignite runs tests only for junit4. Then we should exclude junit from curator-test to run tests again.

 

It affects control-utility and zookeeper modules.
