Calcite engine. Memory leak in RelOptCluster during mapping

    Description

      The static instance of RelOptCluster accumulates data in the cache (BaseQueryContext.CLUSTER.mq.map) and never clear it. We should attach the new cluster query fragments during each mapping and detach it before storing the query plan in the query plan cache.
