    Description

      We have ConfigurationValidationException and ConfigurationChangeException that extend RuntimeException.

      Let's

      • add a base class ConfigurationException for them (or use IgniteException somehow).
      • declare exception(s) in a "thrown" section of javadoc at IgniteTables methods.
