Description

Let's make tuples serializable.

Fix for TuplImpl is trivial.
MutableRowTupleAdapter (a Tuple adapter for a Row) refers to SchemaDescriptor (transitively via Row) that serialization is unwanted.
Let's mark MutableRowTupleAdapter.row as transient and force row -> tuple convertion on serialization to prevent internal state leakage.
