[IGNITE-15109] Calcite engine. TIMESTAMPDIFF for MICROSECOND unit doesn't work

Description

The function TIMESTAMPDIFF for MICROSECOND unit return incorrect results for many cases. As the example below returns 0.

SELECT TIMESTAMPDIFF(MICROSECOND, TIMESTAMP '2022-02-01 10:30:28.000', TIMESTAMP '2022-02-01 10:30:28.128')
