Description

Remove references for migrated Ignite Extensions modules from the assembly/dependencies-apache-ignite-slim.xml and assembly/lib/Readme.txt

 

Also, for migrated Ignite Extensions modules the modules/osgi-karaf/src/main/resources/features.xml should refer to ignite-ext now.
