"Currently, Ignite supports only these distances
(org.apache.ignite.ml.math.distances) :

• ChebyshevDistance
• CosineSimilarity
• EuclideanDistance
• HammingDistance
• JaccardIndex
• ManhattanDistance
• MinkowskiDistance

But in scipy (
https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/spatial.distance.html) we can
find at least:

• BrayCurtis
• Canberra
• Jensen-Shannon
• Seuclidean
• Weighted Minkowski

I can implement those and coverage with unit tests."
