Description

Add SSL certificates to AuthenticationContext, so, authenticators can make additional checks based on SSL certificates.

Please note that this is Phase I which only concerns all flavors of thin clients, but not server/client nodes! It includes JDBC, old and new flavor of Ignite thin client, control.sh and REST.
