ignite-hadoop assembly needs to include ignite-indexing

      Description

      ignite-hadoop accelerator was complemented with spark accelerator. However, the latter can not so SQL queries against Ignite cache if Ignite's indexing layer isn't present. Let's include indexing as a dependency to ignite-hadoop. Potentially ignite-spark needs to be added as well.

      This issue is observed in release 1.3, but there's no such version in the JIRA. Why and how it got released without proper JIRA version?
