[IGNITE-12031] node freeze and not able to login after few days stop and start the service give the message in description

Description

During startup I receive the below error

Failed to wait for partition map exchange

[topVer=AffinityTopologyVersion [topVer=2,minorTopVer=1],

node=adfsdfdsfxxxxxx. Dumping pending objects that might be the cause
