Major Description
When indexing is disabled but user tries to set indexed types, no warning is printed and when user tries to run an SQL query, the following exception is thrown:
javax.cache.CacheException: Failed to find SQL table for type: MyClass
Ignite should give a proper warning on startup when indexed types are set and indexing is not enabled and also throw a correct exception when SQL queries are used.
