Description
In order to optimize running time of existing test base (at the moment all tests require ~ 50 hours of running time on available agents) we need a report page with info about each suite.
At the first stage page will show tests running longer than 1 minute for each suite in the latest run in master branch.
Later other features may be added like analyzing PRs or other branches, adjusting running time limit (e.g. all tests longer than 30 seconds and so on).
