Sample commands:

For Web Console Docker standalone image:
  docker run -e "server_disable_signup=true" -p 9090:80 docker_image_id

For Web Console Direct install for Linux:
./web-console-linux --server:disable:signup true --server:port 30005

 

If self registration disabled, Admin can create accounts in "Admin panel" screen with "Actions -> Add user".

E-mail with link to reset password to new account will be e-mailed to User.
