Description

Currently index commands like index creation command fail when table is created using external location. The failure occurs due to failure of resolution of command as a CreateIndexCommand.

The Jira fixes the resolution logic to make sure that CreateIndex plan with valid Hudi ResolvedTable can be resolved as hudi table.
