Description

`RecordLevelIndexSupport::filterQueryWithRecordKey(...)` throws NPE which is then subsequently ignored by `lookupCandidateFilesInMetadataTable()` rendering every other index (like FunctionalIndex, ColStat Index) to not be used for data skipping (i.e pruning files)
