Archived log file never rollover

    Description

      The archived file never rollover . My file has grown to 1Gb when file size threshold is default 512M (org.apache.hudi.common.table.log.HoodieLogFormat.WriterBuilder#DEFAULT_SIZE_THRESHOLD)
