Low-hanging fruits:

• Remove "hoodie.bootstrap.keygen.class" and "hoodie.bootstrap.keygen.type" and use write key gen instead
• "hoodie.bootstrap.partitionpath.translator.class": better default translator: if seeing hive-style partitioning, automatically parse the partition value?
• Tweak default of CLEANER_BOOTSTRAP_BASE_FILE_ENABLE
