Test MOR table w/ global index w/ update partition path to true

    Description

      use a global index along w/ MOR table. 

      set update partition path = true. 

      After commit goes through, from base file standpoint, record could belong to two diff file groups. Until compaction kicks in, I am not sure how subsequent upserts work. we need to test this flow.
