Description

Reasons to convert to functional tests

• Define the boundary of integration test: only from hudi-integ-test module.
• Moving to functional tests makes sense for CLI command tests.
• Also balance testing jobs' running time: functional test job has room to accommodate more tests while UT (other modules) and IT sometimes exceed 1hr limit
