Description

Steps:

1. Install https://gpgtools.org/
2. Create gpg key with your apache emailId and publish to key server
3. Run the following command "gpg --list-sigs [e-mail]  && gpg --armor --export [e-mail]" and append the output to KEYS file.

1. Create a github PR against master
