Description

We need some assistance in managing the github issues.

For eg, for someone who is looking to help w/ issues in github, he/she might need few filtering criteria. 

• Unattented ones
• Those that are not waiting for user inputs

2nd one is very laborious as one needs to open every issue and go to bottom of the issue to figure it out. 

So, we need some auto labelling(adding and removing labels based on actions) capability.
