Description

currently, we use `org.apache.hudi.utilities.deltastreamer.HoodieDeltaStreamer.Operation` to represent operation type in `hudi-utilities` and `hudi-integ-test`module, while `hudi-common` use `org.apache.hudi.common.model.WriteOperationType`.

we can unify them.
