Description

This Jira is to track and land the HudiSparkUtils and HudiTablePathUtils which were implemented for bootstrap datasource related work here https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/1702

The purpose of doing this is to get the code in earlier so that it can be re-used for Spark MOR datasource support.
