Javadoc of org.apache.http.impl.client.HttpClientBuilder is missing the fact that

http.proxyUser
https.proxyPassword
http.proxyPassword

are also taken into account.

I'd suggest to extend

 *  <li>http.proxyPort</li>
 *  <li>https.proxyHost</li>
 *  <li>https.proxyPort</li>

with

 *  <li>https.proxyUser</li>
 *  <li>http.proxyUser</li>
 *  <li>https.proxyPassword</li>
 *  <li>http.proxyPassword</li>
