Description

HTrace should have a factory method for creating trace sinks based on a Configuration. This way, applications that used HTrace wouldn't have to have their own configuration mechanisms for this purpose. This also makes it easy for sinks to add new configuration parameters later without adding new constructors or deprecating old ones. They just pull what they need out of the Configuration object.
