[HOP-4614] customers-input data set has a missing format mask for id field

Description

If you run the Beam samples with the local runner and the unit tests defined on the pipelines, you can see, during preview, that the ID column has been padded to 15 length and a space in front of the number.  This is not matching the actual data from the customers beam file definition metadata which sets a format.

This in turn causes the preview metadata, coming from the file definition, to slightly mismatch the shown data.
